The Pregnancy Academy was such a beneficial resource for me during my (second) pregnancy. Having a toddler around, I didn’t have the time to dedicate to structured Pilates classes, so this allowed me to do them in my own time – whenever I could. But what I found even more beneficial was the abundance of current information surrounding a healthy pregnancy, birth and recovery. There is so much information out there, but it was extremely valuable to have up-to-date professional information and advice at my fingertips.

Birth Preparation

If you want to go into birth feeling calm, confident & prepared, then this module will deliver. You will learn all the top tips & tricks to prepare your body & mind for the big day. Oh, and did I mention I will teach you how to help prevent pelvic floor injury? Now I’ve got your attention!

Module 9:

Support Crew

Having a support crew of practitioners throughout your pregnancy, birth & postpartum will make your journey a smoother one. I will introduce you to some essential practitioners who will support, educate & empower you during the most transformational time in your life.

Module 8:

Mindset

Your mental & emotional well being is just as important as your physical health. In this module you will be blown away by all the strategies to lower your stress levels & anxiety, helping to reduce your risk of perinatal anxiety & depression.

Nutrition

Module 4:

Back & Pelvic Pain

Despite popular belief, there is so much you can do to manage your back, pelvic, hip or rib pain during pregnancy. Find out everything you need to do to stay active without being in pain – hooray!

Module 3:

Abdominal Separation

Game-changing information on what you can do during your pregnancy to minimise your abdominal muscle separation – what every postpartum woman with stomach separation wishes she knew during her pregnancy.

Module 2:

Safe Exercise

This module will teach you the truth about safe exercise for you, your unborn baby & your pelvic floor. You will learn why exercise in pregnancy is so important, which types you should (& shouldn’t) do, how often & at what intensity.
